Within the field of M&A, we advise in matters of purchase price calculations, we prepare fairness opinions and purchase price allocations according to national and international standards.

Tax and Valuation:

Our competencies with regard to tax valuations encompass relocation of functions, business succession, internal restructuring, transfer prices and support in tax ligitation matters.

Litigation / Dispute Resolution / Forensics:

Within the field of legal disputes, we compile business analyses, independent appraisals, expert opinions, as well as arbitration reports and quantify damages. Forensic accountants are not only involved in audits, but also in more specialized cases, such as due diligence, insurance issues, or disputes between owners. We document and explain facts in such a way that they can be used in court in an evidentiary proceeding.

Company valuation:

We establish the value of the company on the basis of its capital and assets. This plays a role especially in case of a planned IPO, sale of the company or balance sheet preparation.

Private Expertise:

We prepare private expert opinions to support a position in court proceedings, although there are also out-of-court applications.
